Is there a functional difference between the trial and the registered version?
No, trial version offers exactly the same functionality as registered version. Please try before you buy.

I purchased the software and did not receive my license key, what should I do?
Most often this is due to spam filters, some systems have blocked our emails as "junk" email. In this case you will need to check your "junk" messages or contact us with an alternate email address.

I entered my license key but received "invalid license key" error, what can I do?
Please run program as administrator and try again. Also make sure that you installed proper edition - Premium or Professional.

When will I receive my product?
As soon as your payment is received, your license key is sent to you by email immediately. You can download the latest trial version from the download section and use your license key to activate it.

What is your upgrade policy?
Each license comes with one year of free upgrades beginning from the date of purchase.

Do I have to buy an upgrade subscription after one year?
No, you can turn off update notification and use your current version as long as you want.

Where does PDF Shaper store its settings?
The settings are stored in the INI file placed in the Application Data directory (e.g., C:\Documents and Settings\USER_NAME\Application Data\Burnaware\PDF Shaper\pdfshaper.ini).

How to uninstall PDF Shaper?
Make sure that you closed PDF Shaper, click Start and select All Programs -> PDF Shaper -> Uninstall PDF Shaper.
